Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Return

General return conditions for our metaphysical services:

If the service has not started yet, you can cancel free of charge (If the information is entered correctly, service will start automatically right away)
You may exercise your right of withdrawal up to 1 hour after the service has begun
Due to the nature of health services, refunds are not accepted after analysis begins

2. Refund Conditions

For your refund request to be accepted:

You must submit your refund request within 1 hour from the healing request
You must specify the reason for refund in detail
You must share your request number and contact information

3. Refund Process

Your refund request is processed in the following steps:

Refund Request: Submit your request via email or phone
Review: Your request is reviewed immediately
Approval: You will be notified when the refund is approved
Payment: Refund amount is transferred to your account within 5-7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

If healing service has been received
If the 1 hour withdrawal period has expired
For promotional or discounted purchases (special conditions apply)

To cancel your request:

Before Payment: You can cancel by filling contact form
After Payment - Before Service Starts: Canceled with full refund
After Service Starts: Evaluated within the refund policy framework

6. Refund Payment Methods

Refund payment is made through the following methods:

Credit Card: Refund to the card you paid with (5-7 business days)
Bank Transfer: Transfer to your specified IBAN (3-5 business days)
Digital Wallet: Refund to the platform you used (instant - 2 business days)
